Initial years of your baby’s life is perfect to introduce your child to swimming, and begin the life long love of water.  Building on the love of water and strong foundation from the first year, we introduce new skills as per the interest and age of the child.

Creating things with your own hands is calming and relaxing. Its like magic in your own hands. Be it pottery, craft, or even making your own bread, it gives the sense of achievement and also courage to move on when things don’t turn up as expected, to try creative ways to keep failures behind.

Music - Art of Living

Music has been scientifically proven to improve mental health. People who play a musical instrument tend to experience less anxiety and depression than their nonmusical counterparts. Playing for a few minutes a day can improve self-esteem, make you feel more positive, and can lower your blood pressure.

Playing a musical instrument has been proven to help improve concentration, which helps in every area of life. Its been observed that students taking music lessons have better general and spatial cognitive development than students who do not take lessons.

Cookery - Essential Art of Life

Cooking helps understand different cultures and flavours. While cooking child also learns life skills of eating healthy, budgeting their money and cleaning. Give us a change to flavour up.
