Every child is a unique child, who is constantly learning and can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.
Children learn to be strong and independent through positive relationships.
Children learn and develop well in nurturing environments, which is safe and ordered. Where children’s experiences respond to their individual needs and encourage self-directed, hands-on learning.
Children develop and learn in different ways and at different rates. Our framework shall cover, care and education for all children; including special educational needs and disabilities; while emphasizing opportunities for independence as early as possible in daily tasks, including life skills and respect for things.
Practitioners play a crucial role in providing the right materials for children to explore at the right point in their development. Every resource has a specific place and a role to play.
There is a strong partnership between our care givers and parents.
